  • Justin is the Founder and Managing Partner at Ibex Investors. Prior to Ibex, Justin worked at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. in both the private equity and investment banking groups in New York and London. Justin has served on the Board of Directors of several nonprofits including the Anti-Defamation League and Colorado Public Radio. In his spare time, he also became a syndicated cartoonist for over a decade with a daily comic strip appearing regularly in over 300 newspapers across the country. Justin graduated from Williams College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics.

  • Aaron joined Ibex in January 2024 and is based in Israel where he focuses on private investments for the Ibex Israel Strategies. Prior to joining Ibex, Aaron was a Director of Investments at Battery Global Advisors focused on managing investments in private funds, private companies, and a variety of other one-off strategies, a VP at Battery Ventures. Aaron graduated cum laude from Reichman University with a BA in Business Administration and received an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Adam Eisenberg

  • Cooper joined Ibex in 2017 and focuses on Israeli public portfolio companies. Prior to joining Ibex, Cooper was a member of a four-person investment team at Edgehill Endowment Partners. He graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Yale University in 2015.

Cooper Stainbrook

  • Adam rejoined Ibex in June 2023 as a Partner based in New York and served as a Managing Director and Partner for Ibex from 2016 to 2022. Prior to rejoining Ibex, Adam briefly served as an independent consultant for various financial related companies, including an early-stage venture capital firm based in Israel. His past work experience also includes, portfolio management, asset allocation and investment analysis and manager selection for various firms, including a single-family office firm. Adam started his career at Salomon Smith Barney. Adam graduated magna cum laude from University of Maryland with a B.S. in Economics.

Mike Donnelly

  • Mike joined Ibex in September 2019 to lead our Select Co-Investments strategy. Prior to joining Ibex, Mike was Managing Director of Investment Banking at GVC Capital in Greenwood Village, Colorado. During his 15 years at GVC, he assisted the corporate finance team in raising in excess of $600mm in over 120 transactions. Mike graduated with a B.S. in Finance from the University of Colorado, where he was one of the Presidents of the University of Colorado Student Government. He currently serves on the University of Colorado Foundation Board of Directors.

Adi Dangot Zukovsky

  • Adi joined Ibex in March 2025 and is based in Israel, where she focuses on private early-stage investments for Ibex Israel Strategies. Prior to joining Ibex, Adi was a Partner at 10D, an early-stage Israeli VC firm, where she invested in early-stage companies across various sectors. Before 10D, Adi spent seven years at global investment firm Battery Ventures, most recently as a Vice President. During her time at Battery, she led and supported early and growth-stage investments in private companies spanning multiple industries. Adi began her career at Goldman Sachs, where she was part of the Israeli Investment Banking team for three years. In this role, she advised companies on equity financing and M&A.  Adi holds a BA in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University, graduating cum laude.

  • Lian joined Ibex in 2022 and is based in Israel where she specializes in identifying Israeli startups and assessing investment opportunities through financial analysis, market research, and due diligence. Lian also provides value-added services to the firm’s portfolio companies. She holds a Master's degree in Diplomacy and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, both from Tel Aviv University.

Jeff Peters

  • Jeff joined Ibex Investors in 2021 as a Partner based in Silicon Valley where he focuses on the Mobility Early-Stage VC strategy. He spent his entire career across a wide range of mobility-related sectors. Prior to joining Ibex, Jeff was a Partner at Autotech Ventures from the inaugural fund where he helped build the firm, led numerous investments, and served on the boards of early-stage mobility startups. Prior to his VC career, Jeff worked at Stanford University, the Congressional Research Service, Northrop Grumman, Ball Aerospace, and automotive dealerships. Jeff has a PhD in Applied Economics from Purdue University and a BSE in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan.

  • Brian joined Ibex in June 2021, where he focuses on the Mobility Early-Stage VC strategy. Prior to joining Ibex, Brian worked at Aster Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm focusing on mobility, energy, and industrial technologies. At Aster, Brian was responsible for sourcing startups in the US for the firm's investment team and corporate limited partners. Brian graduated from ESCP Business School with a Master of Science in Energy Management and received his Bachelor's Degree from Paris School of Business.
